1. Returns

- To be eligible for a return:

- It must include all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase

- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your bank or payment provider

5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Please provide clear photos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement
